I’m guessing I could change the charts storage folder to the alternative /sdcard/Android/data/com.ds.avare, but then I would have to re-download all the databases and charts? And then the old ones would still be cluttering up that unreachable /data/user/0/com.ds.avare/files folder? Now (and I didn’t change anything that I know of), tracks don’t save, I don’t get the email prompt, and no new tracks are being added to /sdcard/com.ds.avare/tracks. I was able to save tracks with no problem until this year, I had it set to email the tracks. My device is a Motorola Droid turbo with no external SD card. seem to be there under /data/user/0/com.ds.avare/files, but I don’t see a tracks folder. In the Avare preferences dialog where you choose the storage folder, the databases and tiles, etc. There is /mnt/user/0, but again TC doesn’t let me open it. There is also /sdcard/android/data, which contains only non avare related files. There is a folder /sdcard/com.ds.avare, but it contains only a tracks folder, which contains tracks from last year. There is a /data folder in the root according to Total Commander, but it says it can’t be opened. According to preferences, the charts storage folder is the default /data/user/0/com.ds.avare/files, same for user defined waypoints and plans, but that folder seems to either not exist or be unreachable. M trying to get a handle on where Avare is sending my tracks, as well as where all its files are located.
